Preparation responsibility

Parallel processing analysing what the other person is saying, reflecting on it, preparing responses. 

The Member State appointed as RMS will have 120 days in which to prepare the draft documents. During this step, the clock may be stopped for a period of up to 3 months (which could be extended) for the applicant to prepare responses to any issues that may have merged. This will be followed by a 90-day European step during which to reach an agreement. If an agreement is reached, this will be followed by a national step in each Member State for the grant of the marketing authorisation.

Site Preparation Costs - The amount of preliminary preparation will depend on the site and is assumed to be performed by the responsible party (or site owner). Site preparation responsibilities include site design and layout, surveys and site logistics, legal searches of access rights and roads, preparations for support facilities, decontamination facilities, utility connections, and auxiliary buildings. These preparation activities are assumed to be completed in 300 staff hours. At a labor rate of 50/hr. this would equal 25,(XX). 

A similar approach was used for preparing responsive catalysts with controlled activity. When a catalyst is immobilized in the gel, its action can be stopped by inducing collapse of the gel and then restored by triggering gel swelling. The termination of the catalytic process can be explained by a sharp deaease in the gel permeability with respect to reagents, thus making the catalyst inaccessible. As the gel swells, the diffusion process is restored and the reaction restarts. 

IMS detectors are mostly designed as direct analysis devices without sample preparation. Response time is seconds if preconcentration and/or GC is not involved. Response time will be contingent on the preconcentration time and/or GC time, if they are used. 

When preparing responsive peptide surfaces, a number of points need to be considered to ensure functionality and compatibility with the response mechanism and the application. These considerations are laid out first before introducing the various fabrication strategies that have been used to prepare responsive peptide surfaces.

Since the appearance of the first edition, toxic trauma from deliberate exposure to chemical warfare agents has continued in the Syrian Civil War, causing many thousands of casualties. The fear of further use of chemical weapons by terrorist organisations continues, and thus readiness to deal with chemical casualties in the urban civil setting remains more important than ever. In industrial and domestic settings, the accidental release of toxic chemicals continues and no hospital department can afford not to prepare for such incidents, both in daily practice and as part of disaster-response planning. The hazards of toxic trauma remain therefore as real as ever, and I hope that the new edition of this book will help to inform and to prepare responses accordingly. 

The preferred and more exacting procedure is to prepare response curves. The procedure for developing the data necessary to construct these response curves for all components nitrogen through n-pentane is set forth in Annex A2.
