Blurred vision pregabalin

Most common adverse reactions in all controlled clinical studies Blurred vision, dizziness, dry mouth, edema, somnolence, thinking abnormal (primarily difficulty with concentration/attention), and weight gain were more commonly reported by subjects treated with pregabalin. [Pg.1259]

Pregabalin has been studied in a doubleblind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial in 99 patients undergoing robot-assisted endoscopic thyroidectomy, [256 ]. They were randomized to pregabalin 150 mg or placebo 1 hour before surgery, and the dose was repeated after 12 hours. Three patients complained of blurred vision during the first 24 hours postoperatively after pregabalin it abated in aU cases within 24 hours. [Pg.112]

Of the 20 patients receiving pregabalin for depression, eight reported concentration difficulties, seven reported somnolence, six reported headache, six reported dry mouth, five reported diarrhea, four reported dizziness, and three each reported blurred vision, weight gain, and edema [llO ]. [Pg.95]
