Examples of practical LEVS applications carried out in our laboratory are given in Table 11.1. Since most of these projects were carried out in collaboration with pharmaceutical companies, the diverse biological targets studied here are not reported. Besides, for the purpose of our discussion, the nature of the targets is also not important. Rather, the results mirror some general trends we observed when practically applying 2D LEVS methods or combinations of 2D and 3D methods.
