In comparison with traditional radiography testing ISONIC system allows to provide image analysis and printout with different sensitivity thresholds at the postprocessing stage... 

It is to be taken into account that there is a difference between ultrasonic and radiography defect imaging, so the ultrasonic image recognition knowledge required for the person interpreting the inspection results. The ISONIC postprocessing mode allows to ease sueh interpretation because it s maximally approached to inspection standards. 

The easy and convenient postprocessing of test findings enables an exact survey of flaws, enlargement of any zones requested, and shifting of the recording threshold within the recorded dynamic range of 24 dB.

Select 5 from the FTAPSUIT menu and BUILD starts by requesting the punch fi le name (e.g., dgn.pch or dg.pch depending on whether you want to run the original fault tree or the postprocessed fault tree. It requests the name to be given the importance input file (e.g., dg.ii) to select the type of input. Option 5 is pure probability, option 1 is failure rate. BUILD generates file FN.II for editing.
