Third-person positioning

In most forms of storytelling, there is a variety of options available to the storyteller as to the position of the main character in the story. A third-person position makes the character an observer a second-person position places the character in the role of guide throughout the story finally, the first-person position places the character in the middle of the narrative—the story is happening to the character. 

Another example is the use of two people for cleaning or repairing a closed container. First the team wUl check the container for hazards and take appropriate protective actions. For example, there will be personal protective equipment, recovery harnesses, fire extinguishers, or other equipment. Only one person enters the enclosure. The other watches and provides help in case the first encounters some difficulty. The second person does not enter the enclosure without a replacement, third person, at the backup position. 

Thus, the impressive size of BASF s Fine Chemical Division is due to a BASF-specific definition of the term fine chemicals. In fact, the division, which is part of the business segment Agricultural Products Nutrition produces large volume aroma chemicals (a.o. 40,000 metric tons/year of citral) and vitamins (A, B2, C and E), as well as several lines of specialty chemicals (a.o. excipients and personal care products). Fine chemicals as defined in Section 1.1 account for about 150 million ( 190 million) in 2006, after full consolidation of the Swiss Fine Chemical company Orgamol, acquired in 2005. BASF holds a leading position in ibuprofen (made in USA), coffein and pseudoephedrin (made in Germany). BASF forecasts a further increase to 500 million ( 625 million) within 10 years which should make it the third largest fine-chemical company. 

Even a child could glean from news media coverage that this was no expert report, but rather an accounting to the Court of what the expert had read and what he personally believed. According to his own claims made under oath - so we must believe him, until and unless he is proven false - the expert witness had read 5,000 to 7,000 statements of witnesses and found some two-thirds to be false. However, the expert fails to state his criteria for this examination, which presumably took no more than ten minutes per witness statement. Further, only the Court should be in a position to evaluate testimony, and only such testimony as was made before a Court, since after all the accused and his defense counsel must be able to question each witness and possibly to refute this testimony.
