POLYMERIC MOULD RELEASE AGENT

The polymerization runs were carried out in a flat aluminium mould. At a temperature of about 100 °C, the initiator was dissolved in one half of the caprolactam while the catalyst and the impact modifier were dissolved in the other half. The two solutions were mixed and the mixture was poured into the mould, which had a temperature of 130-160 °C.
