A factor in favor of the D-T-Li cycle is its plasma fusion power density (Eq. 9), which reaches, at a temperature of 10 keV1, a maximum value which is almost two orders of magnitude higher than that of the D-D-T-3He cycle at 60 keV (see Fig. 1). 

Single-differential cross sections are difficult to obtain in a direct measurement and they are usually obtained by numerical integration of the double-differential cross sections over all angles (2.28). The singledifferential cross section describes the energy distribution of secondary electrons and is therefore important in modelling radiation damage, in studies of stellar and upper atmospheric phenomena, plasma fusion work.
