Figure 3.10 exemplifies the application of packed-column SFC for the rapid determination of the enantiomeric purity of pharmaceutical materials. The method employed a CHIRALCEL OD CSP with a carbon dioxide/methanol/ isopropylamine mobile phase under isocratic conditions.
