As mentioned in the Preface, the rst new chapter (Chapter 4) deals with Natural Variability of Essential Oil Components. It is based on Prof Dr. Eva Nemeth-Zamborini s excellent plenary lecture at the 44th International Symposium on Essential Oils in Budapest in September 2013. In this treatise Prof Nemeth-Zamborini discusses the reasons why variability of components often occurs in EOs.
