Peak capacity, in 2D separations

Two-dimensional chromatography allows the in-depth analysis of complex samples by combining different separation techniques. It can be shown that the peak capacity in 2D separations is the product of the peak capacities of the individual chromatographic methods. Additionally, dual property distributions (e.g., molar mass, chemical composition or fimctionality) can be simultaneously determined in a single run. Comprehensive data analysis allows the fast and reliable measurement of multiple sample parameters. [Pg.539]
