Nausea and Vomiting Associated With Cancer Chemotherapy 

15 minutes, 30 minutes before beginning chemotherapy and repeated every 2 hours for 2 doses and then every 3 hours for 3 doses 

4-hour intervals during surgery and continued postoperatively 

Unifocal or multiform ventricular premature contractions, ventricular tachycardia, atrioventricular dissociation, accelerated junctional rhythm, and atrial tachycardia with block 

Visual disturbances, headache, weakness, dizziness, apathy, psychosis
