Organizing center

A management approach of an organization centered on quality, based on the participation of all its members, and aiming at longterm success through customer satisfaction and benefits to all members of the organization and to society (ISO 8402). 

MTs are stabilized at their minus ends by the centrosome (also called microtubule organizing center, MTOC). Centrosomes are protein complexes containing among other proteins two centrioles (ringlike structures) and a-tubulin. A different mechanism for reduction processes by [Fe]-hydrogenase 56 is assumed. The hydride generated by splitting dihydrogen is directly transferred to an electrophilic organic center in methenyltetrahydrocyanopterin.
