In 2004 in the United States, the fetal mortality rate at 20 weeks or more of gestation for non-Hispanic black women was 2.3 times the rate for non-Hispanic white women, while the rate for Hispanic women was only slightly more (10 percent more) than the rate for non-Hispanic white women.11...
