NNK-induced lung tumorigenesis

Castonguay (15A07) described the inhibition in A/J mice of NNK-induced lung tumorigenesis by ellagic acid, a polyphenolic dilactone. [Pg.704]

In 1992 Chung et al. (793a) demonstrated that components, e.g., phenethyl isothiocyanate, indole-3-carbinol, in green tea and cruciferous vegetables inhibited lung tumorigenesis induced by NNK. [Pg.704]
