We are aware that causes of action for libel are widely recognized throughout the States. But we have not hesitated to abrogate state law where satisfied that 210 its enforcement would stand as an obstacle to the accomplishment and execution of the full purposes and objectives of Congress. Id., at 535, 79 S.Ct, at 1308, quoting Bethlehem Steel Co. V. New York State Labor Relations Bd., 330 U.S. 767,773,67 S.Ct. 1026, 1030,91 L.Ed. 1234 (1947).
