Mouse zooming with

We now have a better view of the schematic page. Note that we can zoom in and out while still placing parts and that the resistor moves with the mouse. Zoom out until you see a screen close to the one shown below ... 

Once plotted, a new menu bar appears with plot options. The plot can be displayed as points, connected, or as a bar chart. The data can be presented on linear or log axes, with or without grid. Text can be placed on the display in a variety of sizes and types. Lines or arrows can be drawn or areas filled. The user can edit all axis labels and titles if desired. Re-scaling is accomplished by means of the shrink and zoom options or by entering exact scale limits. Multiple curves can be annotated with keyed symbols. Plot coordinates are displayed in real time as the operator moves the mouse over the plot. 

Select the option to ClVStB 3 blffllH project and then click the OK button. If you scroll the window to the bottom right of the page, you should see the new title block with the specified information. I have zoomed in on the title block to see the information more clearly. (To zoom in, place the mouse pointer over the title block and type I.)... 

The upper part of the ID WIN-NMR button panel, in conjunction with the scroll bars along the edge of the window, contains all the functions necessary for expanding and panning through the data displayed in the main spectrum window. This panel also contains the buttons for changing the cursor mode. With the exception of the Zoom button all the buttons are activated by a single click of the left mouse button. 

The wheel in the center of a Windows mouse is referred to as the mouse wheel, wheel button, or scroll wheel. Many Windows applications now take advantage of the mouse wheel for scrolling and zooming. While I don t want to seem like a mouse salesman, I must say that once you ve used a mouse with a wheel, you ll wonder how you ever lived without it. This is doubly true for ACID 3.0. 

Zooming in and out on the timeline is one of the most fundamental skills needed to master ACID. Fortunately, zooming is very easy, especially if you have a mouse with a wheel button. 

Zoom in and ont on the Chopper timeline with the mouse scroll wheel, the + or — huttons on the right of the horizontal scroll har, or hy dragging the edge of the horizontal scroll har itself. 

Comment. We can rotate 3-D plots by specifying coordinates, changing values of three numbers in the dialog box or with the mouse. If the mouse has a center wheel, we can rotate the wheel to zoom in or out of a three-dimensional plot.
