Methylumbelliferyl glucuronide

Substrate buffer 1.9 mg 4-methylumbelliferyl-/ -D-glucuronide (Sigma) is dissolved in 5.0 ml acetate buffer. The substrate buffer is stored at -20°C and protected from light.
