Stanley C. Israel, Southwest Texas State University I find the number one factor in the success of our students is peer-to-peer mentoring. If we can get them involved in peer-to-peer mentoring and get them involved in the learning community, they will almost universally be successful. 

Notably, Alliant is a leader in this arena. Alliant s diversity plan includes attention to both multicultural and international issues and competencies, and in 2011 Alliant was selected by ACE to join its At Home in the World Initiative, in which eight U.S. colleges and universities formed a two-year learning community focused on the integration of multicultural education and internationalization in the curricula.

I dedicate this book to Paul D. Today, shell systems are most widely used in analytical applications because of their simplicity, flexibility, and universality.
