Lactic acid bacteria strain identification

This method is well adapted for the identification of numerous lactic acid bacteria, but it must be carried out very carefully with bacteria isolated in wine. Experience has shown that the strain shonld undergo several successive sub-cultures in the standard laboratory medium beforehand.
