Charles Algernon Parsons was born in London on June 13, 1854, the son of a wealthy, aristocratic Anglo-Irish family that was scientifically veiy distinguished. His father, William Parsons (third Earl of Rosse), a member of parliament, was an engineer, astronomer, and telescope-maker who had built the largest telescope in the world. His mother, Mary Countess of Rosse, best remembered as a photographer, was adept at architectural design and cast-iron foundry work. 

Natural gas as distributed in the UK is obtained from various sources. These comprise primarily the southern North Sea basin, northern North Sea fields (both British and Norwegian), Morecambe Bay from the Irish Sea (used primarily for winter peaks) and gas from world sources imported in small quantities as liquefied natural gas (TNG). Gas from the different fields is of very consistent quality, and further blending, conditioning, etc. allows a gas of very consistent quality and specification to be distributed. 

As Hugh Quigley wrote with considerable race pride, The modern Irish are the most genuine, unmixed, and unchanged Celtic people that exist on the globe. Even the most prejudiced writers against the Irish. .. acknowledge that Ireland, today, is the land where the world-renowned... 

The world s top brands of liqueurs and speciality products are products from companies like De Kuyper, Berentzen, Bols, and Marie Brizard. Famous brands are Kahlua (coffee liqueur), Bailey s Original Irish Cream, Grand Marnier, Cointreau, Amaretto, and Sambuca as well as the bitter liqueurs or aperitifs like Campari, Jagermeister, Fernet Branca, Ramazzotti, Averna, Unicum, and Suze. 

It would be desirable to test this in casework over a period of several years for clarification in the real-world situation. Shortly after the development of the new system the Irish Republican Army (IRA) declared a ceasefire and the loyalist terrorist groups eventually followed suit. Consequently, the system has had very limited casework application experience. Nevertheless the results to date are very encouraging.
