Various colorimetric methods have been employed for measuring ozone residuals, although most of these ate susceptible to significant interferences (142). The indigo trisulfonate method (143), however, has been approved by the Standard Methods Committee of the American Pubfle Health Association (141) and the International Ozone Association for ozone residual measurement.
