Innovation horizontal processes

Integration with product innovation. Each company values product innovation and has focused on building strong horizontal processes for the intersection of S OP and new product launch. 

This process innovation was a wake-up call for the Samsung management team. The leadership team at Samsung became innovators in inventory management and supply chain processes championing horizontal process evolution of S OP, revenue management, and supplier development to never have to write off inventory. 

An innovative technology called the "lasagna" process is based on the electrokinetic phenomenon called electro osmosis. The lasagna process was created to treat difficult wastes in low permeabiUty, sdt- and clay-laden soils (40). The lasagna process is so named because it consists of a number of layered subsurface electrodes and treatment zones. These layers can be constmcted either horizontally where contaminants are forced to more upward or in vertical position where lateral contaminant movement is desired. 

Different processes like eddy turbulence, bottom current, stagnation of flows, and storm-water events can be simulated, using either laminar or turbulent flow model for simulation. All processes are displayed in real-time graphical mode (history, contour graph, surface, etc.) you can also record them to data files. Thanks to innovative sparse matrix technology, calculation process is fast and stable a large number of layers in vertical and horizontal directions can be used, as well as a small time step. Recent innovations in the filtration of muds include the use of tighter filter media. A clearer filtrate is obtained, which can be sent to the evaporators without reprocessing. The Eimcobelt rotary vacuum filter uses a tight filter cloth that is continuously removed from the drum and washed with hot water. Another approach is the direct filtration of muds with horizontal leaf filters (Fas Flo Filters). One process uses polyelectrolytes to increase the filterability of the muds through cloth filters (Rapid-Floc system).
