Informal education channels

Informal education channels such as museums and science centers, as well as popular media should include more programs on engineering, technology, and relevant careers. Such changes would not only create a more technologically literate population, but would also inspire children to pursue relevant studies, and motivate parents to encourage their children as well. 

The necessary distribution channels for reliable information and farmer education also were not well established. Our locally supported TV channel presents a variety of excellent educational shows. The shows are informative on lots of different subjects for both children and adults. The information they offer makes channel 19 well worth the public funds that support it. 

Establish safety education and training for all employees and establish feedback channels to determine whether it is effective along with processes for continual improvement. The education should include reminders of past accidents and causes and input from lessons learned and trouble reports. Assessment of effectiveness may include information obtained from knowledge assessments during audits. 

A first step might be to categorize service or effort activities into transactional and informational types. Transactional service describes those aspects that are not meaningful to a customer who does not complete the purchase transaction in that channel. Examples include a fast checkout process or a lenient return policy. Informational service, such as activities that educate customers about the brand or product, can be consumed separately from the product. Informational service is obviously the type that is susceptible to free riding.
