Under the Regulations, the Director General has no power in relation to advertisements carried on any television, radio or cable service. Where an advertisement is misleading, neither the Independent Television Commission nor the Radio Authority have power to seek an injxmction, instead they can refuse to transmit the advertisment. [Pg.137]
