Hydrogen chloride, anhydrous disposal

Hydrogen chloride is corrosive and toxic TLV 5ppm. Prepare by adding concentrated sulphuric acid to anhydrous ammonium chloride and dry by passage over molecular sieves. Dispose by dissolving in water.
