This product requires coated clarithtomycin granules. Add polyvinyl pyrrolidone to water and mix. 

Use water to granulate a blend of clarithromycin and Carbopol 974P. 

Dry granules at 70°C until loss on drying is not more than (NMT) 5%. 

Regranulate smaller particles to meet the above range.
