Hot Plate-Assisted Antigen Retrieval

The grade of vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia (VIN) can be scored by subclassifying it on the basis of the extent of cellular changes into three types (Van Beurden et al., 1999)  

VIN 1 (cellular disarray involves the lower two-thirds of the epithelium)
