Homes trading down

Home ownership can provide income years through a trade-down. For example, moving from a 400,000 house to a 200,000 house in retirement will allow you to have 200,000 of new investment money (which can support your entire shelter bill, including utilities, property insurance, and upkeep). The trade-down option is the single largest lever people have on their retirement security. It can replace 2 to 4 years of income. 

The sale of a pharmaceutical product may be by retail (community pharmacy), wholesale, health centre, hospital, dental, health care centres, special homes, home trade or export, etc. These may be further broken down into ethical and over the counter (OTC) sales. Ethical products are normally available only through or via the profession, i.e. pharmacist, doctor, dentist, nurse, veterinarian, etc. They may be supplied either as a bulk pack which is then broken down into a smaller quantity at the patient-dispenser interface or as an original pack whereby a course of treatment is supplied in the pack as produced by the pharmaceutical manufacturer (also called patient pack or unit of use pack). 

The social analogy can be extended again. Dissolution is the opposite of precipitation, and in the complete absence of water, all unions of salts are solid. Water, however, can be a home wrecker. When a salt is wet, the molecules of water can insinuate themselves between ions. Table salt, sodium chloride, is solid enough in the shaker, but when it is wet, the molecules of water work their way between the chloride ion and sodium ion and keep them apart. Why doesn t water come between the carbonate ion and the copper ion in the insoluble copper carbonate of the earlier demonstration It boils down to a trade-off if the divorce is more costly than any possible benefit, the union stays solid. If not, let the proceedings begin.
