Holistic engineering Subject

To summarise, regarding the field of external eommunication, it is important for companies not to appear too focused on technology, but rather to offer holistic products and services as well as purposeful, sustainable activities. This, however, the companies have not yet fully achieved in reality. The technical content and the technical aspects of designing appeal to the female students, but they are also motivated by further information about equality and human subjects. To the female graduates, the engineering profession itself and technology are attractive as well nevertheless, their expectations go beyond that, namely towards variety, development and employee orientation.
