Instead of multi-charmel SIM, multi-charmel SRM can be applied as well. This is demonstrated by the group of Hernandez [102-103] in the on-line SPE-LC-MS-MS analysis of 35 target pesticides and some of their degradation products in enviromnental water samples at 25-ng/l level, using SPE of only 1.33 ml of water onto a 10 X 2 mm PRP-1 SPE cartridge column.
