These biological experiments confirm similar results of other groups (59,133) - mainly in the field of homopolymeric plastics - and illustrate the possibilities of our today polynucleotide-like mesogens to model and simulate even at their present stages of stereoelectronic insufficiencies rather complex biopolymer interaction. Thus in our eyes it seems a little bit encouraging, that not only the base-over-crowded homopolymers but also the more poorly base-fitted copolymers - which display on the other hand developing facilities of adjusting their variable
