Hardcopy survey questionnaires

Interviewing employees is one of the most important part of the organizational review. These interviews can range from informal conversations to gain insights on current perceptions, group discussions, response sessions, hardcopy survey questionnaires, and online computer surveys. 

Questionnaires require in-depth coordination to ensure that reading skills, language skills, the process to be used to distribute and collect the surveys are defined. You need to determine if hardcopy and/or computers can offer security controls in regards to confidentiality. The design of the survey must allow it to be analyzed efficiently and quickly (The Process Improvement Notebook,TQLO Publication No. 97-01, n.d.).
