Regular grits

Surface preparations must be carefully controlled for reliable production of adhesive-bonded parts. If a chemical surface treatment is required, the process must be monitored for proper sequence, bath temperature, solution concentration, and contaminants. If sand or grit blasting is employed, the abrasive must be changed regularly. An adequate supply of clean wiping cloths for solvent cleaning is also mandatory. Checks should be made to determine if cleaning cloths or solvent containers have become contaminated. 

Most equipment used while working at height will need regular inspection and, in some cases, a thorough examination. Such equipment includes hoists and mobile elevated work platforms, grit-blasting and water-jetting equipment and electrical appliances. 

Vegetable dishes—Many peoples around the world prepare cooked grains as vegetable side dishes, or in mixed dishes like stews and casseroles. For example, cooked corn grits are a regular accompaniment to meals in the south eastern United States, whereas cooked fresh sweet corn often serves a similar function in the Midwest. Likewise, most southeastern Asians have cooked rice with their meals.
