Green cards

Some companies insist that job hunters possess green cards or HIB visas as prerequisites to employment or even interviews. However, it is commonplace for large employers to sponsor HIB visas and permanent residency petitions on behalf of chemists who have already begun their jobs. How these companies go about this is explained next.
