A small quantity of the base may be recrystallised from hot ether, and magnificent deep green crystals obtained the base is not sufficiently soluble in cold ether, however, to enable this solvent to be used advantageously in the above extractions. 

Dyes with OjO -hydroxycarboxyazo and OjO -hydroxyaminoazo ligands are important for yeUow shades. Anthranilic acid [118-92-3] is used advantageously with various couplers. OjO -Hydroxyaminoazo dyes are also used to obtain green and brown shades. An example is Monochrome Brown EB [3564-15-6] (54) (Cl Mordant Brown 1 Cl 20110) an unsymmetrical primary disazo dye. 

Another generalization uses referential (material) symmetric Piola-Kirchhoff stress and Green strain tensors in place of the stress and strain tensors used in the small deformation theory. These tensors have components relative to a fixed reference configuration, and the theory of Section 5.2 carries over intact when small deformation quantities are replaced by their referential counterparts. The referential formulation has the advantage that tensor components do not change with relative rotation between the coordinate frame and the material, and it is relatively easy to construct specific constitutive functions for specific materials, even when they are anisotropic. 

Sabadilla Seeds. Processes for the isolation of the total alkaloids and separation of the components have been published by Wright and Luff, by Bosetti and by G. Merck. The more modem methods used by Poethke, Saito, Seiferle et al., Jacobs and Craig, and others for the alkaloids of white and green hellebores (see below) could no doubt also be used to advantage for sabadilla seed. A test for galenical preparations of sabadilla has been devised by Ramstad depending on the presence of chelidonie acid in the seed. ... 

The mixed indicator, bromocresol green-dimethyl yellow, may be used with advantage. The indicator consists of 4 parts of a 0.2 per cent ethanolic solution of bromocresol green and 1 part of a 0.2 per cent ethanolic solution of dimethyl yellow about 8 drops are used for 100 mL of solution. The colour change is from blue to greenish yellow at pH = 4.0 — 4.1 the colour is yellow at pH = 3.9.
