Refresher courses arranged by the organisation revise the knowledge and improve employee morale and create more awareness about responsibility. Supervisors are also able to give clear guidelines and directions for quality and necessary information to make the employees clear about total quality management. 

Requests for feedback in the form of comments on new procedures and modifications proposed in old machinery which can be taken up during HAZOP meetings by experts since a large number of persons cannot be invited.
