FL Can Deliver Materials Into Cytoplasm

To date, we have been developing FL. The FL, prepared by fusing simple liposomes with Sendai virus particles can fuse with the cell membrane like the native virus particle and deliver their contents directly and efficiently into the cytoplasm both in vitro and in vivo as well as showing superior safety (Fig.l).
