Feedback gathering

Conduct customer focus meetings to gather opinion and recommendations for action, using data gathered from questionnaires and periodic customer feedback. 

It is important to find out how well the new systems are meeting your customers needs. This data gathering should be carefully designed to provide a genuine opportunity to provide feedback in a constructive fashion. It is likely that your company conducts internal feedback surveys from time to time, you should contact those responsible for these and learn from their experiences. 

The workshop followed the familiar Pellston formula. A preliminary review was completed and made available to all participants prior to the workshop. At the workshop, workgroups were assigned to consider specific issues identified in plenary sessions, to gather feedback on the utility of reviewed methods, to suggest new or modified ones, and to consider case study substances in relation to the proposed extrapolation methods. These activities were used to prioritize questions and to help formulate a framework (table of contents) for dealing with extrapolation issues in ERA. We used this framework and, with individual contributions from the workshop participants, developed this book. This book incorporates a review and discussion of the tools currently available for extrapolation of ecological effects and the science upon which these are based.

Scenario A highly renowned culinary school wants to appeal to future chefs who might not be able to afford going to school full time for two years. It develops a hybrid course that features online instruction for the first and third semesters, with hands-on semesters at the school in between. Prior to launch, the school runs a pilot to work out the kinks in their V-Chef course, and to gather initial customer feedback. 

The developed curricula has been disseminated to several middle school teachers and feedback will be gathered in order to re-work and reassess the modules to ensure the highest quality content. 

In order to gather information about the attitudes and opinions of students involved in the research, a questionnaire was administered to them. The questionnaire was carefully designed so that the questions did not present any degree of threat or sensitivity to the students [9] it included mainly structured and semi-structured questions which aimed at obtaining feedback on their attitudes and reactions on the use of concept maps in classroom teaching. After piloting the questionnaire to two students of the sample, it was administered to all the participants at tlie end of the action research. 

As we have seen in previous chapters, the bulk of information about the effects of UVR on aquatic organisms has been gathered in studies where species interactions were not considered. Another significant difference when working directly with children as opposed to adults is that the clinician relies heavily on the information gathered. The data gathered with this arrangement is sent to the mobile phone of the user using low-power Bluetooth 4.0 technology. Using the mobile phone, the future mother would be able to get information about the status of the unborn baby.
