Covered Farm Vehicles — The physical qualification requirements do not apply to drivers of covered farm vehicles as defined in 390.5. [Pg.189]

Farm vehicles — See 383.3(d)(l). The vehicle must be used to transport either agricultural products, farm machinery, farm supplies, or both, to or from a farm within 150 miles. This exception only applies if the state decides to exempt these vehicles. [Pg.259]

Agricultural operations Expands and better defines the current hours-of-sen/ice exception for the transportation of agricultural commodities and farm supplies, by defining agricultural commodity and Tarm supplies for agricultural purposes.
