FADING OF COMMERCIAL WOOD-PLASTIC COMPOSITE MATERIALS 

Apparently, the most honest approach was taken by UltraDeck manufacturers, who placed in their marketing materials actual pictures showing the extent of fading of their product to a natural color (Fig. 16.3). In their materials the manufacturer suggests a customer to allow the UltraDeck to weather at least 1 year.  

The following are excerpts taken from published manufacturers materials. In these quotations direct marketing calls are omitted.
