Third, the serious problems associated with noise and vibration of steel-wheeled trains have been major factors influencing the Japanese to examine other alternatives for intercity transportation. 

Our primary interest is in determining the structure of polymers so we need to understand the molecular basis of vibrational spectroscopy as a structural tool (a.4). Many factors influence the amount of entrained air. They include dosage, slump, aggregates, temperature, inclusion of other admixtures, chemical composition of cement, mixing, vibration, etc.
