The solution to this problem using Excel is presented in Sect. 8.7.3 Factorial Design Examples. 

It can be noted that the values are not the same. This is expected since an orthonormal basis was not used. An explanation of how to implement this problem in Excel is presented in Sect. 8.7.3 Factorial Design Examples. 

Tables of two-level factorial designs can be found in most textbooks of DOE. A good source is also NIST SEMATECH e-Handbook of Statistical Methods (NIST SEMATCH). Another way to create such tables is to use DOE-software e.g. (JMP, MODDE, MiniTab,...). It is also very easy to create tables of two-level factorial designs in any spreadsheet program.
