Extremely Hazardous Substance List

Any substance on the Extremely Hazardous Substance List must be reported at the threshold planning quantity or 500 pounds, whichever is less, if it was present at your facility in 1990. It is important to note that the majority of substances found on the Extremely Hazardous Substance List/USDOT Hazardous Materials Table.
