This file has the same name as the IIIN file containing the molecular system, plus the extension. fov. If the molecular system is not yet stored in a IIIX file, IlyperChem uses the filename chem.csv. 

This window controls how the generated file is made. The default filename is the same as that of the input file, with the extension. GJF. 

A filename with an extension of. SIM is assumed if an explicit extension is not used. 

Note that the EXCEL engine specification is optional, because SAS would read the .xls extension in the physical filename and assume it indicates a Microsoft Excel file. Also note that the xlsfile libref refers to the entire Excel workbook. In the subsequent PROC PRINT, the normal ranges must be specified so SAS will know which Excel worksheet to read. The data set/worksheet name in the PROC PRINT looks odd because of the existence of a special character, which is normally not allowed as part of a data set name. 

Both of these export methods create a SAS XPORT format transport file called dm.xpt. Although any file extension could be used, xpt is the FDA-expected file extension for the transport file. Also note that the libref dm is strange in that it contains an actual filename and not just a directory path. This makes creating a series of SAS XPORT files a bit more challenging. You could create a series of XPORT files with a SAS macro such as the following. 

A default output filename will be inserted in the output section. This should be altered to have a. hin extension and the output file type should be set as bin. 

When you Save a newly created workbook, the Save dicdog box will prompt you to assign a name to the document. Excel for Windows automatically appends a three-letter filename extension (e.g.,. xls) to identify the file format type. 

Excel uses a variety of file formats for its documents. Table 1-2 lists the filename extensions used by Excel for Windows. Excel for the Macintosh assigns a specific name or appends a descriptor to some, but not all, of the file types.

To save a workbook as an Add-In, choose Save As... from the File menu. Choose Microsoft Excel Add-In from the Save File As Type drop-down list box, then press OK. In Excel for Windows, Add-In macros are automatically given the filename extension. xla. 

The filenames assigned to the documents are names compatible with Excel for Windows that is, they end with an. xls extension. If you are using a Macintosh, you can rename the documents if you wish. 

Device-specific configuration files are also called ADF files because their filenames have an. adf extension. 

When searching, wildcards can also be used. Wildcards are characters which act as placeholders for a character or set of characters, allowing, for instance, a search for all files with text (TXT) extensions. To perform such a search, you d type an asterisk ( ) as a stand-in for the filename . TXT. Asterisks are used to take the place of any number of characters in a search, while question marks ( ) are used to take the place of a single number or letter, for example, AUTOEX77.BAT would return the file AUTOEXEC.BAT as part of its results. 

The structure is stored by picking the WRITE button an supplying a filename (the extension defaults to. DAT) and give a blank line for sequence structure number. When finished, exit the program by picking the STOP button and confirming that you wish to exit. Answer "Y to the question for deleting the log file. 

Results of PROG 11 are obtained by executing or running the program from the C > prompt. The executable filename is typed either with or without the extension (EXE).
