Exception Reports

This concept reduces the manual analysis required for each data set. The analyst can scan the documentation that is generated (i.e., the exception report and trend charts) for each of the selected narrowbands to determine if further analysis is required. 

M,JV-Bis(phosphino) phosphinous amides N(PR2)3, commonly called triphos-phinoamines, are still virtually unknown, with the exceptional reported existence of N(Pp2)3 and N[P(CH3)2]3 [15,19,20]. The usual synthetic approaches to N(PPh2)3 give instead the isomeric Ph2P-P(Ph2)=N-PPh2 [25]. 

The 1,2,4-oxadiazole ring is almost inert to electrophilic attack at carbon and there are no further examples to supplement those few important exceptions reported previously in CHEC-II(1996) <1996CHECII-(4)179>. 

If the industrial plant s manager or consulting engineer does not receive a copy of the manifest from the receiving facility (i.e., the disposal facility and/or the recychng facihty) within 35 days of the date when the plant s waste was shipped, the transporter or the operator of the facility must be contacted to determine the stams of the waste. If the plant has still not received the manifest within 45 days, an Exception Report, explaining the efforts the plant has taken, must be filed with the State s Division of Hazardous Waste and with the State where the designated facility is located. 

An interesting exception reported by Rogovin and Tsaplina concerns vinyl acetate which when exposed to the influence of nitric esters, polymerizes very slowly. The ester radicals -N02, -ONC>2 and ions NO , ONO , do not seem to influence appreciably the rate of polymerization and the catalytic action of nitric esters is not produced by the presence of O—N02 groups. 

For the most part, the UV Raman spectra of adsorbed molecules are similar to those of their free-molecule counterparts. A significant exception, reported here, is that of benzene adsorbed in silicalite (the all-silica form of zeolite MFI) (56). 

A few cases of severe purulent meningeal reactions to iopamidol have been briefly described (84). In one exceptional report, a hemorrhagic meningeal reaction and... 

It is noteworthy that this is an exceptional reported situation where the major isolated compound resulted from an attack of the anomeric radical on its p face, leading to a C-linked dimer. This unique behavior is probably caused by a strong conformational bias in the intermediate species. 

Non-aromatic thiyl radicals typically display an absorption band in the UV with around 330 nm and extinction coefficients of usually less or about 500 cm. The only exceptions reported with respect to the latter...

Warranty information and records may be included as a separate module or within this module, coded by vendor with description of warranties and warranty coverage. May include printmg of exception reports, warranty claims and follow-up information. 

Copies of the manifests signed by the transporter must be maintained for at least 3 years. Retention substantially beyond this date would probably be advisable in the event subsequent problems develop due to actions by the broker or at the TSDR facility. Similarly, copies of required biennial reports (see following paragraph) and exception reports must be kept for at least 3 years beyond the date on which they were due. Any test data relevant to the shipment must also be kept for 3 years beyond the date of the shipment.
