Electro smog

Try to limit the amount of electro smog in your home. Many MCS patients are sensitive to radiation from cordless phones, screens and monitors, electricity from waterbeds, chairs, and the like, or will start to develop this sensitivity rapidly. See entry 189. 

In general aluminum foil is easily tolerated by MCS patients and can be used for all sorts of purposes, even things like covering an unsafe wall or wrapping particle board. Aluminum foil could also be used for protection from electro smog, and it s better than plastic for wrapping food. 

MCS is characterized by different phases and many different symptoms. Chronic fatigue is a symptom of MCS. It s also common for patients with fibromyalgia and CFS to be chemically sensitive. Chronic exhaustion along with MCS can have many causes small infections in the body, a yeast infection, sensitivity to electro smog, vitamin or mineral deficiency and, of course, chemical sensitivity. If the consistent avoidance of chemical substances does not bring about improvement, it s advisable to start researching other possible causes and to have yourself tested for a possible imbalance in vitamins, minerals and amino acids.

Electro smog as it may be caused by - undetected - wires and cables should be avoided. These electromagnetic fields, especially if enhanced by direct or nearby lightning, can seriously disturb measurements.
