Earlier reviews of rate data on hydrocarbon combustion 

In the last decade a number of surveys of elementary reactions involved in hydrocarbon combustion have been published. All became outdated within a relatively short time because of the fast progress in experimental methods for obtaining rate data. 

One series of publications initiated at the University of Leeds gives complete reviews on selected groups of reactions. They are referred to in this chapter as Leeds reports.
