Development team communication skills

The course ended with a mock trial. Students volunteered to be lawyers and expert witnesses. The students were divided into two teams, the defense and the prosecution, with specific roles to present evidence discovered in each class activity. Each student was required to turn in a written document summarizing his or her testimony supported by research. Furthermore, they presented the evidence, developed and defended their ideas, showed an understanding of the limitations of scientific data and its applicability to law and to appreciate the importance of integrating data analysis with communication skills. 

For four years, I have been actively involved in The Giles Herald, a weekly campus newspaper. As the current managing editor, it is my responsibility to turn a 75-person staff into a high-performance team to produce 28 pages of news, sports, opinion, and arts each week. I have also been an active member of the debate team, an activity that has helped me develop excellent speaking and communication skills. 

The assignment of staff to the project is the first step in the team-development process. To succeed in achieving the project goals, a team spirit is needed. The transformation of a group of people assigned to a project into a high-performance team requires leadership, communication skills, and negotiation skills as well as the ability to motivate people, coach and mentor them, and deal with conflicts in a professional yet effective way.

These features help the learner to improve the pronunciation and the communication skills. Drawing and handwriting fxmctionalities make the virtual tool closer to the real teaching process, they allow the tutor to present the educational content like he/ she does in the classroom. A project section is developjed in order to allow the students to work as a team during the project development pjeiiod of time. The project supervisor monitors and controls the project development, views the students activities and provides each student with an objective feedback based on the student s performed tasks.

Once the procedure is developed each team is divided into sub-teams of two students in which one sub-team work on PIC microcontroller and other will work on Arduino and implement the obtained procedure to get the results and analyze the results. After the completion of the given task the teams will then interchange the components and repeat the process. Each sub-team will teach the other sub-team about their experience. This method will help in understanding the procedure boosts in achieving the objectives in short time and improve their communication skills. The teams not only learn problem solving skills but also learn how to identify the suitable microcontroller and components based on the needs and requirements. 

Team work is both frustrating and challenging. In a project team, there is often little time, and you have to develop skills yourself. (These are both scientihc/engineering as well as communication/management skills.)...
