Delegation reasons

It is reasonable to expect a senior member of the staff to take a close interest in the operation of the system, and not delegate all the responsibility to semi-skilled personnel. This implies a good knowledge of the purpose, working and characteristics of the system and its control. 

More pragmatically, class inheritance has its place and value but should not be used when delegation via a polymorphic interface would work. It s reasonable to inherit from an abstract class, which provides an incomplete or skeletal implementation, and then extend it to plug in bits specific to your need. Inheritance with arbitrary overriding of methods is not advisable. 

If the delegate proposes to reject the application, a letter is sent to the sponsor advising of this intent, giving the reasons for the decision. A sponsor may appeal the initial decision of the delegate. 

The provision of hospitality includes the payment of reasonable, actual travel costs which a company may provide to sponsor a delegate to attend a meeting. The payment of travel expenses and the like for persons accompanying the delegate is not permitted. 

The review process is delegated by MEEFT to ONE (Office National pour l Environnement). CAFF-CORE includes representatives from ANGAP, DGEEF and the Ministry of Higher Education (represented by the Tsimbazaza Botanical and Zoological Park PBZT). In cases like this case study, when an EPC contractor was involved early in the project, the Project Manager could be very tempted to delegate those activities to the contractor. To do so would be a grave mistake for two important reasons.

There is no reason for the client s vital signs to be taken every 2 hours preopera-tively. Vital signs are tasks that can be delegated to a UAP.
