Associational defense

The diminished capacity defense associated with PCP intoxication has frequently been used as an explanation of an individual s conduct. In 1981, this explanation was the sentral issue in the case of People vs. Richard Cavesuella et al. that became known as the Mt. Madonna murders.

The Elderly. Older patients may be considered to have a degree of inununosuppression due to the waning of immune defenses associated with aging choices of antibiotic agents are no different from those of younger patients with typical lesions, but corticosteroid therapy may be reduced or eliminated out of consideration for altered host defenses. 

Due to their expanded scope of chemical and biological defense associated with the war on terrorism, the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Health and Human Services, especially in the area of vaccines, may impact the Joint CBD Program. The committee believes, however, that its recommendations remain applicable, although the Department of the Navy should follow closely and leverage these activities as much as possible.
